Candy Cane popcorn icecream sundae
Ingredients
1.5 cup popped popcorn, plain
4 to 5 stick candy cane or any flavor of 🍬 candy
1 tsp butter
2 tablespoon colourful sprinkle ( optional)
2 strawberry, sliced
1/2 kiwi, sliced
1 scoop of Strawberry icecream
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Method
🍧 First, we crush our candy cane sticks in a grinder jar.
🍧 Heat a pan on low flame. Add 1/2 cup of crushed candy cane powder. And give it a little shake so the candy can lays flat in an even layer.
🍧 Stir continuously. when it melts, add 1 tsp of butter. Stir continuously.
🍧 Add 1.5 cup of popped popcorn. Mix well. Remove from the flame.
🍧 Mix continuously until all the popcorns are coated with candy melts..
🍧 Add some colourful sprinkle..mix well.
🍧 Let the popcorn cool completely.
🍧 Now, Time for serving..
🍧 Take a big icecream bowl. Place 2 or 3 scoops of your favorite icecream. ( I used strawberry and vanilla ice cream)
🍧 Place strawberry and kiwi slices on the icecream.
🍧 Top with the candy melts Popcorn. Drizzle some chocolate syrup over it. Garnish with candy cane.
🍧 Serve immediately.
