Veggie stuffed buns

Prepared veggie stuffed buns..very easy to make,just scoop and fill with the veggies and sauces of your choice..

Appropriate for kids lunch box, party snacks, evening snacks or dinner..

Veggie stuffed buns

Ingredients

8-10 scooped buns

2 tbsp oil

1 cup Onions, finely chopped

1 cup broccoli, finely chopped

3/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped

1 cup capsicum, finely chopped

3/4 cup carrot, finely chopped

Salt to taste

1 tsp Pepper powder

1 tbsp oregano

1 tsp red chilli powder

3 to 4 Cheese slices

Butter

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup tomato ketchup

Method

🍔 Take buns and hollow out the center. Keep aside.

🍔 Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and broccoli. Saute them for 1 min.

🍔 Add rest of the veggies. Saute well for 2-3 min.

🍔 Add salt, Chili powder, oregano and pepper powder. Mix well. Remove from the flame.

🍔 Add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup..mix well..

🍔 Take one cheese slice and cut it into 4 parts.( Now we have 4 small cheese slices)

🍔 Take one scooped bun.. put 2 tablespoon of the mixture in the middle of the bun.. put cut cheese slice over it. Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano. Stuff all the buns.

🍔 Spread 1/4 tsp of butter on each whole stuffed bun.

🍔 Take greased Baking tray, place all the buns and bake them for 180′ C for 5 min.

OR

🍔 On a slow flame, Roast the buns on the non-stick tava with butter.

🍔 Serve hot or warm …
