Corn pasta soup

Ingredients:-

½ cup boiled elbow pasta (macroni)

½ cup boiled sweet corn

Boiled Tomato puree ( 6 tomatoes blanched, peeled and pureed)

Oregano 1 tsp

Chili flakes 1 tsp

Pepper er powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

1 tsp aji no motto

Oil 2 tbsp

Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp

1 medium sized finely chopped onion

¼ cup finely spring onion

1 tbsp sugar

3 to 4 tbsp corn flour slurry ( 1 tbsp corn flour mix with 3 tbsp water)

1 cup water

For garnishing:-

Coriander leaf

Garlic toast

Method:-

Heat a saucepan or a kadai. Add oil and garlic. Saute it for a while. Add chopped onion. Saute it for 2 min. Add aaji no motto, boiled corn, tomato puree and ½ cup of water. Mix them properly. Add oregano, chili flakes, salt and paper powder. Stir continuously. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Now, add sugar, boiled pasta, spring onion and corn flour slurry. Now stir continuously. Add water and check the consistency. Simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.

Serve hot with coriander and garlic toast.
