Garlicky brokenwheat tikki

Ingredients: –

1/2 cup cooked broken wheat (daliya) lapsi

1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

1/2 cup grated paneer

1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves

1/2 cup finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp haldi powder

1/2 tsp aamchur

2 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

Oil for shallow frying

Green chutney

Method:-

¤ Take mixing bowl. Add cooked brokenwheat(cooked lapsi), boiled and mashed potatoes, grated paneer, mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chili powder, haldi powder, Aamchur, breadcrumbs and salt to taste. Keep aside.

¤ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan. Add chopped garlic. Saute it for 10 to 15 sec. Remove from the flame.

¤ pour all the garlic tadka over the tikki mixture. Mix really well.

¤ make tikki and shallow fry each tikki.

¤ serve hot with green chutney.

Note:-

¤ Add more breadcrumbs if needed.

¤ You can deep fry all the tikkis, if you want.

¤ you can take 1:1 proportion ( broken wheat: Potatoes) .if you want you can add more veggies and leafy veg..
