Corn spinach rolls
Ingredients:-
1 cup half crushed boiled sweetcorn
2 1/2 cup washed and chopped spinach
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 tbsp sooji/rava
3 tbsp curd
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flex seeds powder (alsi powder)
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp baking soda
Method:-
- Take big bowl and add all the ingredients in it and mix well with the hands.
- Grease your palms with oils and make a medium thick rolls from the mixture. Keep aside.
- In a steamer, boil enough water. Grease the steamer plate with little oil.
- Arrange the rolls on the plate and cover the steamer with a lid.
- Steam for about 20 min. Check with a toothpick. If it come out clean then it is cooked.
- Slice the steamed rolls .
- Serve hot with ketchup.
